Stop any of spinner, screensaver or sketch.

Remarks
For CmdSpinner and CmdScreenSaver, REG_MACRO_0 and REG_MACRO_1 will be stopped updating.
For CmdSketch the bitmap data in RAM_G will be stopped updating.
