SAMSUNG-S5230 - 3" LCD with resolution 240x400. Controller S6D04D1.

• Library not uses CS & RD pin - you may connect CS to GND, RD to +3,3V.
• Minor news - some not-original display (like my) don't response register $36, so X-mirror, Y-mirror & X/Y exchange is impossible. Therefore 8-bit & 16-bit pictures before converting to BGC or BIN must be rotated clockwise 90°.

Test example in attachment. Also test PCB in Cadsoft Eagle format with 31-pin connector library.
