LX-12864B11 STN b/w LCD with resolution 128x64. Controller ST7567. Shipped with external backlight module.

• This model has 12 pin and works in SPI mode. This mode don't support read from display, so graphic (line, circle, ect.) not possible. Only text and pictures.
• SPI speed is up to 20MHz, power supply 3,3V.
